Altough our production is certified as organic farming , we have as principle to avoid forcing the natural growth rhythm of plants, because, despite superior yields, there is usually an associated quality cost.
Our herbs are dried in a solar dryer, ensuring, however, that temperatures do not exceed 45 ° C so that the process is not too fast and thus the aromas and properties of plants are kept to the maximum.
The processing is done, avoiding mechanical cutting equipment and high rotation that tend to generate heat and lead to the loss of aroma.The leaves are separated from the trunks, manually to ensure the maximum quality of the infusions and condiments.
