With a clear view over the countryside, our tea house is the ideal place to spend some good moments. The sounds and aromas of nature and the are very relaxing.The herbal infusions we serve are self-produced, biologically certified, some of them harvested at the time of serving.We also have tea of various types and origins, which we serve simple or conjugated with our herbs.To accompany, scones, pancakes, toast, traditional cookery and various other delicacies, mostly produced in the house.A perdition!
Our breakfast, prepared with fresh products, most from the farm is probably the best gastronomic reference of Quinta do Mel. In 2019 it was enriched, creating the brunch proposal for those who want to go a little further.

The wine has a long history that dates back to at least 6000 BC, thought to have originated in the current territories of Georgia, Turkey or Iran. THE TWO MAIN PRINCIPLES OF OUR HERBAL PRODUCTION: DO NOT FORCE nature to produce more than would be expected from a given plant, as this, despite obtaining larger quantities, has an associated qualitative cost. DO NOT FORCE the processing of plants. When strength, although faster and more practical, also has an associated qualitative cost. Thus, our production is made by offering plants only the water and nutrients they really need, avoiding excesses. On the other hand, the drying and processing, is done in a solar dryer, so that the quality remains and reduce to the maximum the environmental impact. OUR ENTIRE PRODUCTION IS CERTIFIED IN ORGANIC PRODUCTION MODE. Our herbs are organically cultivated here, in our garden, in front of the tea house. We try to respect the nature’s harvest timing, in order to ensure a higher quality of our herbs. Every Thursday we carry out a free guided tour of our herbal production.
